After the major engine repair, the bill was as quoted from the start, with no hidden "oh by the ways" and very reasonable for the the amount or work it took. Very happy customer now.

Protech has satisfied my questions every time I've been there. It has become my new go-to place for all automotive needs. The only downside is how busy they get, which is understandable. Plan to make an appointment well in advance if you can.

Four years later I still love this place! My family and I bought newer vehicles a few years ago so we haven't seen Lance in awhile. A few weeks ago my car wouldn't start and he was able to fit me in. He tested it and it just needed a new battery and that's what he did. He didn't try to sell me anything extra and he could have easily told me I needed some additional things on top of the battery and I wouldn't have known any better but he doesn't do that sort of thing to people. He's honest and his prices are great and his work is great! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Pro-Tech is absolutely wonderful! We've been bringing our old vehicles there for a few years now. They are so nice and they have never treated me like some girl who won't understand and I've never felt like they were holding back information. They always fix what's wrong but they go beyond that too. After I started taking our cars there I found out that more than a few friends and family members also swear by the place.
